- Hi. I am a wife and mother of 7- six of them are at home and underfoot, one is in Heaven and they have all captured my heart! I am 42, but feel like I have lived through more than some people do in a lifetime. I have definitely had some rough spots...but have challenged myself to not let those events consume or define me. I try to look at life in a positive light...and most often that means I look to God for the strength to do so. He is the source of my joy and happiness in life- even in the midst of chaos at times. Ultimately I hope to live a life that inspires or challenges other people to be their best. Kind of like a "white Oprah." I mean that with deep respect.

Sorry I missed yesterday.
I was just wondering if I could ask you a question. When did you tell you older children you were preg? How did you tell them? Just found out after 4 years of trying (and pretty much giving up) that I am expecting #3! My daughter is 12 and my son is 9 Just wondering if you had a neat way of breaking the news! My son always wanted a brother or a sister because every one else had one. So when we finally told him he would have one he wasn't sure if he liked it or not.
He wouldn't be the main man anymore and would have to share.
He told his baby brother, this miracle that came out of no where, he better not touch his computer and his baby brother grabbed his nose and said A goo.. So that was that. lol
scrap booking is fun.
I look at all the books I have and wonder how people make their books so nice looking in their book shelves, then thought it wouldn't be a bad idea to make covers for them all so they look the same.
Judging by the number of books I have????? I don't think so. but I am still tempted lol

Hi there lady! I'm late on making my little book, just saw the post after I returned home from the weekend trip to my folks but thought I'd let you know it's so cute and I'm going to so make one! What a very cutie little idea! Your awesome! Thanks girl!
