Yum...springtime!

I have fresh, organic Rhubarb Cream Cake baking in my oven right now. {Click here for recipe.} I have all the windows open. I have flowers planted by Chip along the border of our landscape and blossoming in containers by my door. I have a couple of kids playing outside with the neighbor kids in their sprinkler.
Spring is a wonderful time of year!
What do you love about spring?
Feel free to share {and leave links to recipes too!} =)

That looks soooo good!

The different shades of green as the trees bloom. Refreshing sight!

can't wait to try it! my grandma used to make the best rhubarb pie. plus, we used to pick it right from the yard and dunk it in sugar and eat it just like that! I miss having easy access to rhubarb.
Definately going to hunt some down to try your recipe! sounds delish!

I LOVE rhubarb - after I asked a neighbor if I could use some of hers, and she said yes, I've baked pies, made crisp and last week I added rhubarb to Amish Friendship bread - all wonderful! I also like seeing the plants grow in the garden and sharing that with my kids.

I love having my windows open and burning a yummy fruit scented candle. Orange or grapefruit are my favorites :)
I made these chimichangas last night... they are delicious. I can't wait to try her other recipes and your rhubarb cake... looks so yummy!
