This week...

I've been enjoying flowers in memory of Teagan from some dear friends. I love that even in Teagan's absence, there is beauty and meaningful friendships because of her. Something as simple as some fresh, bright colored roses serves to remind me that Teagan's life held great purpose. I truly believe she has helped change some hearts this side of Heaven.
Also this week, Wyndham and I took a trip to the salon for haircuts. She was very concerned during the actual process, but seems to be very happy with the results. It seems to have made her grow up too- she looks like she is wise beyond her years when you look into that face of hers. I sometimes think she has a lot more going on inside her head than she lets on to the rest of us in her world. I think there are a lot of us who could learn from her if that's truly the case. To know when to be silent and hold your tongue is a lost art all too often in this big world. It's a lesson I'm still learning. Sometimes silence is golden. =)

Not only do I LOVE Wyndham's hair, but I love her look in the photos - as she seems to love it too. She almost has a little sass to her (in a good way). Fantastic!

I love the haircut. It does look very grown up. The close up picture, well you should frame that one. Look at those beautiful eyes.

Happy spring to everyone at your house!

I've never commented here before but have been a lurker for a while. ;) I love Wyndham's haircut!

Thank you for sharing about your grief, struggles, and joy and victories through Christ in losing Teagan. Your story inspires me to be deliberate in my parenting when the little ones are "underfoot." :)

Wow, Grandma Karen loves the new and very stylish hair cut! But on the sad side, she looks so grown up. I guess she is starting to become a young lady.
I, too, agree with you Jody. I think there is alot going on in her beautiful head that she is yet to share with all of us. Someday.
Love to all.

What an adorable haircut, Wyndhamm looks so cute and older. Also, where did you get Crew's toy in front of the bumbo? That would be great for my grandson. Thanks
