There are 58 different designer rainboots for women at Target. It's like a sick marketing ploy for a person with my genetic make-up...one who buys things because of the color combo or the interesting design, or simply because it's a little bit funky. At $19.99 a pair, these are a great price. But with more than 10 designs catching my eye it's a shame. I can't justify spending $200 on boots, and besides, I do not have space or need for that many- no matter how cute they are. So, instead, I'm passing on the link to you here.
Have fun browsing and seeing if there are any boots that catch your eye. I'm sure I'll cave and pick up a pair. The others will have to just be saved and used as my desktop background, and/or printed out and scrapped on a page. =) That's just what any good scrapper would do, right?!

Um hhmmmmmm, not really my style, I'm just a simple girl who never really outgrew her tombyishness... but knock yourself out...LOL. :P
Target is calling my name too.... Really really loudly!!! Those are ADORABLE!! I HAVE to have a pair of those.. thanks for sharing and inspiring me to make a Target run ;-)I'm sure my husband will love you for that too, because we all know how much guys LOOOOOVE Target.. LOL.
I really love the Green apples, Tan w/white circles and Pink with cupcakes.. OK, I love them all.. they look like so much FUN!
Camille, are you proposing a Sisterhood of the Travelling Boots? :^)
Wow,i didnt know you guys had a target in the US.We have them here in Australia, love the boots.
I am addicted to your blog, you are one cool inspirational chick.
Oh.My.Word. I must have those green ones, and the skull ones! And my girls need some, too. Thank you! Thank you!
OMgoodness, those are the cutest!!!!
Funny you should mention those boots Jody! Lately, I have been eyeing anything cutsie with skulls on them (see my posts of 2/16 and 3/16)...back in February, my darling friend Hilary sends me the link to those stinkin' cute Target rainboots! I have got to have the pink skulls. You know what she did? She ordered them for me and had them sent to my house. I wore them all around the house and to the grocery store (it was 65 degrees and sunny). They are great! Do yourselves all a favor and get a pair. The hardest part is choosing only one. I'm still waiting for it to rain so I can go outside and stomp around in some puddles.
I didn't know that Target was international...for the person posting from Australia. Target is a U.S. based company that has it's "roots" in Minnesota..Minneapolis to be specific. It was the bargain store rooted off from Dayton's (as in Dayton/Hudson). Dayton's is no longer around, which makes me sad. This is just some trivia for those inquiring minds.
Way too cute! Jody, Target should give you a free pair for all the sales you're driving to them!! I have been seeing these type of fun boots on ladies for a while, but thought oh, how silly, I don't really need them. But for $20 - bright fun on a gray rainy day (of which we get many of here in Portland, Oregon) - I'm sold! And, really they truly are practical, too. I am truly a sucker for target - their desginers are way too smart!
I *totally* love these!! I have a pair of orange ones with obnoxiously pink flowers all over 'em. I found them on sale in a Payless Shoe Store in Chicago on New Year's Day, 2006. Whattya know, I'm finally fashionable!! (I always wanted a pair of those "fireman boots" as a little kid, and my only regret is that they don't have those great loopy pull-on handles on either side!
