Those are GREAT pictures! We went to Newport Beach and I hope some of the pictures turn out. The digital ran out of battery after only 500 pictures, so I had to use the backup film camera. My kids thought Lake Michigan was "the beach" (in Chicago) until 4 or 5 years ago....
I love the smiles on their faces, and they way you captured them having real fun, instead of "posed" fun!
Have you ever been to the State Park beach in Holland? It's SO nice! I've lived in Holland all of my life and I still think it's the best in this area. :) Tunnel Park is also fun... especially for families. :)
